Orders and Shipping

Our processing and handling times for orders with cleared payments is 1 business day. We use Australia Post for most of our products to ship our goods. Items are shipped from Sydney and the delivery time frames to the destination location would depend on Australia Post networks delivery time. We also have Express delivery option which can be selected at the checkout for faster delivery times. We always want our customers to receive their goods at the earliest, but please note Australia Post operations and deliveries by service providers is beyond our control once goods are sent out. Though we will always try and follow up if required with the necessary service providers to ensure the delivery is made at the earliest and within the time frames expected.

Back Order

Items which show as Back Order are in the process of being restocked and are shipped immediately once received. This is ususally a 5 to 7 business days turn around time, but sometimes could be much sooner.
