Returns and Refunds

Though rare in the event of goods which are defective, deemed to be faulty by us or different to the original order when purchased, we will bear the return shipping costs and provide you with a return label. Exchange or refunds will be processed once the goods are received by us.
All claims should be made withing 2 days of receiving the goods. We reserve the right to not accept any claims made after this time period. The best way to register the claim is by emailing us at info@adventureshop.com.au and uploading photos of the item with the issue.
When returning goods please ensure goods are returned in their original condition, with all their original packaging and material included.

In the event of returns where products are not faulty, defective or damaged return shipping and costs will be the buyers responsibility.
The items returned will be inspected upon return and any refunds will be processed after deducting $10 from the original purchase price to cover the initial cost of shipping and handling. Please ensure goods are sufficently packaged and insured while being returned. The returning gooods will be the buyers responsibility until returned and received by us.
Goods should be returned in their original condition, unopened with all their original packaging and material included. No refunds will be processed until the goods are received and inspected by us.
We do not return goods for change of mind or not liking it.
Please note the above terms and conditions do not in any way exclude the buyer their legal rights and conditions under the Australian Consumer Law. The Australian Law supersedes the above terms and conditions.
